Oakhouse Foods reserves the right to place minimum order restrictions. We currently have a minimum order of £10 operating across our website, however, this may vary in all or partial locations at any given time.
Maintaining good hygiene is vital to prevent the spread of the virus. When completing a delivery, our drivers are practicing high levels of hygiene including hand washing and sanitizing after every drop.
We are taking all precautions to ensure we are doing everything we can to prevent the spread of the virus including frequently sanitizing our vehicles.
We are now using no contact delivery as a standard method for deliveries. For more details, please follow this link or speak to your local team.
If you are ordering via the website and wish for an ‘in-home’ delivery, simply leave the comment ‘in-home’ in the delivery instructions box during checkout. You can also request an ‘in-home’ delivery over the phone with your local site.
We offer deliveries within a given time frame at checkout. However, due to the current circumstances, we cannot guarantee that we will be within those. We are doing our utmost to stick within the allocations, but request your patience if we are a little bit early or late.
We request that you please use card payments as far as possible. This is to ensure the safety of our staff and our customers. If you do need to use cash, you will need to place your order over the phone. Please contact your local office to do so.
